Kennet Solutions are working with an established regional Main Contractor looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a unique project in NW London.



Company information:




  • The company specialises in Residential, High End Residential, Heritage and Social Housing projects

  • They work on projects up to £5m in value

  • They are based in SE London, with works all across London and the Home Counties



Role Information:




  • You will be responsible for the refurbishment and extension of a Church from start to finish

  • Project value is £500k, with other projects in the pipeline

  • The works involve some groundworks



What the Client Requires:




  • To be easily able to commute to NW London and other areas of the city 

  • Experience in Refurbishment and some Groundworks 

  • Exposure to projects from start to finish

  • Valid Driving Licence
