Company information:

• Our client are an established regional Main Contractor


• They refurbish and maintain residential properties, schools and MOD buildings


• Typical project size from £1m - £10m and can be planned and reactive maintenance schemes


• After a busy start to 2023 they have been awarded a projects throughout London and Essex and need an experienced Site Manager to deliver the project

Role Information:

• The first project will be a maintenance and refurbishment scheme in on residential properties. You will direct the Site team and deliver the project from site set up through to completion as Site Manager reporting to a Contracts Manager.


• The work will last for at least 7 years

What the Client Requires:

• Have you run residential refurbishment projects from start to finish as No1 lead Site Manager?


• Would you be able to get to sites throughout North, NE or Essex?


• Do you have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certificates?
