Role

• Project lead on a new £50m residential development


• Be involved in all aspects of the project from start to finish


• Reporting to the Commercial Manager


• Managing all commercial aspects while working closely with the Design and Operational teams.


• Ensure successfully delivery of units within agreed targets.


• Manage all sub contract accounts


• Value engineering to ensure commercial success is maximised.

Person specification

• You must have experience with all commercial aspects of a new build project.


• Be ambitious and able to work on your own initiative while working closely with the team.


• Have experience on fast paced residential developments.


• Worked for a reputable regional contractor.


• Excellent negotiation abilities.


• Have excellent communication skills.


• Able to manage a variety of sub contract accounts, including groundworks, structures and  internals.


• Keen and ambitious to progress your career.
