• The company have been awarded a project from a key client and require a dynamic Senior Project Manager

Role

• Your first project will be a multi phase residential development 


• Project value £20m.


• Interesting and varied project with new build and refurbishment elements


• You will have full responsibility for the successful delivery of this project from start to finish


• Managing the programme and ensure milestones are successfully completed.


• Ensure the project is delivered on time 


• Liaising with the client and consultants involved in the project.


• Manage the site team, liaise with Design and Commercial team

Person specification

• You must have successfully delivered new build residential projects as project lead


• Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations


• Have run projects from start to finish and involved in all aspects of the build.


• Worked for a reputable main contractor.


• Good with relevant paperwork and documentation.


• Excellent contractual knowledge.


• Experienced Programming ability and use of ASTA software


• Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
