Kennet Solutions is exclusively working with a growing regional Main Contractor based in Essex looking for a Quantity Surveyor.



Company & Role information:




  • The company is a regional Main Contractor that has seen tremendous growth in the last few years, going from a £15m business to £60m turnover 

  • They are increasing their presence within the Property Services sector (including Decarbonisation & Energy Efficiency Schemes), while also specialising in New Build and Refurbishment projects 

  • You will be responsible to autonomously manage multiple projects up to £10m in value across London and the South East

  • The role will be split between office and sites with some WFH flexibility 



What the Client Requires:




  • Experience with Main Contractor within the Social Housing or Property Services sectors is appreciated 

  • They are open to consider either an established Quantity Surveyor or an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyors

  • Experience in managing multiple projects independently 

  • UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in UK
