Kennet Solutions is working with an established regional Main Contractor looking for a Project Manager to join their team and lead the development of a new project in East London.



Company information:




  • The client is a recognised Main Contractor specialised in Residential New Build, Cladding and Social Housing projects

  • The recently have won a strong pipeline of projects all across the South East region



Role Information:




  • Current project is set to last until March 2025, with others following in the pipeline

  • This will be a £12m new build RC Frame residential scheme with commercial and retail space

  • You will lead the project from start to finish



What the Client Requires:




  • New Build Residential/RC Frame experience is necessary 

  • Can easily travel to East London to be on site

  • UK Driving Licence

  • Right to Work in the UK
