Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Kennet Solutions is working with an established regional Main Contractor looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Kent.

Company information:

• The client is a recognised Main Contractor specialises in refurbishment and maintenance of Residential Properties and Public Buildings, fit-out works, external restoration, repairs and redecorations, new-build construction, conservation and heritage building works


• The recently have won a strong pipeline of projects all across London, hence the reason for the vacancy.


• Projects value ranging from £500k to £3m


• They will support you in your development via further education, qualifications or training

Role Information:

• Manage the delivery of a £2m+ high-end residential project, working closely with the Senior QS

What the Client Requires:

• Residential and Main Contractor experience is appreciated


• Can easily travel around Kent and the London area


• Right to Work in the UK
